We do ask that all horse owners and leasers at Northside have a current HCBC membership. It is the owner’s responsibility to provide regular deworming and farrier appointments unless otherwise arranged. All borders are welcome to join in on our vaccination schedule.

Self-board package: $450 + GST
In the self-board package, Northside provides a stall, paddock, tack locker, use of the riding rings and round pen and designated storage for your feed. Breakfast and lunches are fed by Northside. Dinners will be fed based on a feeding schedule shared amongst boarders. Self-boarders are expected to feed one feeding per week.
Semi-full board: $800 + GST
In the semi-full board package, Northside provides a stall, paddock, tack locker, use of the riding rings and round pen and food for your horse. Breakfast and lunches are fed by Northside. The basic feeding plan is 3 flakes + grain in the morning, 1-2 flakes for lunch and 3 flakes + grain for dinner. If additional feed is needed it can be arranged for an additional cost. Dinners will be fed based on a feeding schedule shared amongst boarders. Semi-full boarders will be expected to feed one dinner feeding per week on a rotating schedule. Additional supplements must be provided and set up in marked containers given at feeding time.
Full board package: $975 + GST
Same as semi-full board package except that Northside Stables will clean your stall and paddock and provide fresh water daily.
